Hassle Free Return Policy
More Power Racing offers the best brand names and the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase the return policy is simple: Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery date and you will be refunded the purchase price less 5% restocking fee (Exchanges do not incur any restocking fees). The following conditions apply to all returns:
30 Day Return Period
More Power Racing offers hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery date (minus 5% restocking fee except on Exchanges). Please be sure your return reaches More Power Racing within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery companys tracking system).
Exceptions on Returns
Like your local dealer, More Power Racing is unable to accept returns on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning electrical items. We are unable to do returns on lighting, books, manuals, special orders, clearance, sale, or discontinued items.
Shipping fees on returned or exchanged merchandise are responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or More Power Racing, please contact us and we will assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense.
More Power Racing recommends you track your returns so that you can confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, we suggest insuring your return. Just take your package to a U.S. post office service window and a representative can add these options for you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL that provides tracking information. In the event your product is damaged or lost in transit to us, we are unable to refund your product.
More Power Racing offers free shipping on all orders. However, exchange orders are not eligible for this offer unless additional products are sold.
Restocking fees and Manufacturer Defect
More Power Racing aims to keep shopping for your bike as easy and low as possible. We do our best to avoid restocking fees, however, a 5% restocking fee applies on all returns unless a manufacturer defected product is exchanged. These cases include, but are not limited to, used, damaged, discontinued and special orders. Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. Any defect or repair return will require an exchange or repair return directly with the manufacturer.
How to Return
Please call customer service at 360-658-3939, ext. 3 to obtain an RA number. Unfortunately we cannot process any returned products without an RA #, and it will be refused and returned to you at your expense and risk.
Original packaging in good condition
include all original
packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and
markings - including writing of any kind) with your return. This includes all tags,
hangers, stickers etc. A good rule of thumb is as follows; if you walked into a
store and would not pick the product off the shelf to purchase, it is not in
good enough condition to return.
Power Racing is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used
or damaged. Pet
hair, odors, or other such variations in the products condition will void your
ability to return products. Again, please make sure to return all tags,
hangers, stickers etc.
Pack and Send Back Your Return
When returning something to us, please re-pack all items using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very tough on packages! Please be sure not to write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item unreturnable.
