Yoshimura Camshafts R1 1998-2001

Stage 1 Cams come complete with cam sprockets and cam timing preset, except YZF-R1 which uses OEM sprockets. Please note that if material has been removed from the cyclinder head, or a thinner base/or head gasket has been used, cam timing and valve to piston clearance will have to be checked.

Stage R cams require cam timing to be degreed by a professional engine mechanic and may also require cylinder head modifi cations to allow for adequate clearance between cam lobes and cylinder head.
