Kuryakyn Deluxe Forward Controls for Sportster

These kits come complete with a chrome shift lever, ISO®-Shift Peg, chrome brake pedal, and an ISO®-Brake Pedal Pad. Show-chrome all-steel construction combines with a four point mounting system for rock solid stability. High quality Oilite and Nyliner bushings are used throughout for smooth operation. Footpegs are not included, but footrest mounts will accept any H-D style male mount peg. We recommend ISO-Pegs, ISO-Stirrups, or our Retro Pegs for the ultimate in comfort and style.

  • Note: If converting an 883 or 1200 custom from H-D's stock forward controls to Küryakyn forward controls, it is necessary to change the front motor mount plates.
  • Warning! P/N 9088KUR is only for use on Sportsters equipped with Küryakyn forward controls. Installation on Sportsters with stock controls will cause the rear brake to be partially applied, resulting in brake damage and possible injury to the rider.

The set includes extension plates, countersunk trim plates, linkages, and all hardware. All components are show-chromed. Only basic hand tools are needed to complete this easy installation.

    Our second generation of forward controls. Several aesthetic and functional improvements were made to give you even more for your customizing dollar. The main components visually fit with existing shapes on the engine, primary, and frame. Flush countersunk fasteners are used exclusively on mounting plates for a clean, uncluttered appearance. All ball joints, linkages, and visible hardware are also treated to a beautiful chrome finish. Igus shifter bearings provide smooth, maintenance-free operation. These controls offer outstanding good looks, are user-friendly, and provide excellent value in a moderate price range. Footpegs Not Included

    Super Deluxe Forward Controls for Sportster

    These kits are the same as the Deluxe models, but they include our classy, streamlined Master Cylinder Cover (P/N 9127KUR) and a trick little cover to hide the unsightly master cylinder plunger.

    Important Notes: If converting an 883 or 1200 Custom from H-D’s stock forward controls to Küryakyn forward controls, it is necessary to change the front motor mount plates to H-D part numbers 16210-84A and 16212-84, available from your local dealer.

    Küryakyn forward controls work with stock and most after market staggered dual exhaust systems. Please take a moment and examine the picture above and the routing of the custom exhaust in question to look for possible interference.
